State police are looking for suspects in two armed robberies, one Saturday night in Newfoundland and the other Sunday night in Sciota. No injuries were reported in either robbery. At 9:30 p.m. Saturday, a man armed with a short pump-style shotgun took an undetermined amount of cash from the Joe�s Quick Mart on Route 191 in Newfoundland, fleeing in an unknown-type vehicle, state police at Honesdale said. The man was described as white, thin, between ages 20 and 35, with dark brown or black hair, brown eyes and acne-type scars on his face, wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and an olive green bandana with cream-colored markings. Anyone with information is asked to call police at (570) 253-7126. At about 8:20 p.m. Sunday, two men armed with black handguns robbed the Sciota BP gas station on Route 209 of about $100, state police at Swiftwater said.

"It's not restricted to puberty." Factors that can aggravate acne include an increase in male hormones in males and females, menstruation, emotional stress, hair products and oil and grease from cosmetics. Vigorous face-washing can also make acne worse, as well as astringents, which strip skin of natural moisturizers. 2. Stop squeezing: "The most important thing is to prevent scars," Green says. "Do not pop, squeeze or pick at acne. Seek medical treatment early if it doesn't respond to over-the-counter medications." Several therapeutic regimens prevent future eruptions and therefore take about eight weeks to work.
